How KTLC Europe collects, uses and protects personal data.

Last updated: 3 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data KTLC Europe collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. It applies to ktlceurope.com and to enquiries sent through the forms on this site.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is:

VAT EU: PL 6810014563 · KRS: 0000211219

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. For any question about your data, write to the address above.

2. What we collect and why

2.1 Fleet review enquiries

When you submit the form, we collect the details you provide: name, company, work e-mail, phone number (optional), country, current fleet setup (optional) and your message. We also record the page you submitted from, the campaign parameters that brought you to the site, your IP address and browser identification.

Why: to answer your enquiry, prepare a fleet and route review, and stay in contact about it.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the commercial contact you agree to when submitting, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to business enquiries and in protecting the form against automated abuse.

How long: 24 months from the last contact, unless our cooperation continues or you ask us to delete the data earlier.

2.2 Technical data

Our server records standard access data: IP address, date and time, requested address and browser identification. This is needed to run the site securely and to detect abuse.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). How long: up to 12 months.

2.3 Analytics and advertising

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand how the site is used and how our campaigns perform. Details and the full cookie list are in the Cookie Policy below.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Who receives your data

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Your data may be processed on our behalf by:

  • our hosting and e-mail provider, which stores the site and delivers our messages,
  • Google Ireland Ltd. — analytics, only with your consent,
  • LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company — campaign measurement, only with your consent.

Google and LinkedIn may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the United States or on Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data and receive a copy; correct it; have it deleted; restrict how we process it; receive it in a portable format; object to processing based on our legitimate interest; and withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, write to michal.lenarczyk@ktlceurope.com. We answer within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa). If you live in another EU country, you may contact your local authority instead.

5. Is providing data required

Providing your data is voluntary, but name, company, e-mail and country are needed to answer an enquiry. Without them we cannot prepare a fleet review.

6. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not profile you.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting consent will be communicated through the cookie banner.
